The vision behind Relay is to equip recent graduates to know, live out, and pass on the Gospel of grace for the rest of their lives. Relay is a 10 month programme where graduates work alongside a Christian Union Staff Worker. The emphasis of the year is on us developing and investing in the individual so that they are prepared to live and speak for Jesus for life. Each Relay worker will study personally, be discipled one-to-one and attend training conferences. Relay workers are entirely funded by gifts from personal supporters.
